The website serves as a resource to explore these systems, obtain instant cost estimates, and schedule physical property consultations.

Our solar calculations, roofing instant estimators, and HVAC load evaluations are provided for illustrative purposes only.

4. Financing and Pre-Qualification

Zenergy Home works with green lenders (such as Service Finance, Credit Human, Light Reach, or SunGauge) to facilitate project financing. Pre-qualification forms submitted through our website are routed to these credit agencies. Approval processes, interest rates, terms, and contracts are defined directly between the homeowner and the lender. 5. Whole-Home Audits and Property Access

When scheduling a free home energy audit, you represent that you are the legal owner of the property or have obtained explicit permission from the property owner to grant Zenergy Home technicians access to the attic, basement, exterior, and utility meters. You must ensure a safe working environment free of hazards for our technicians during the blower door and thermal imaging tests.
